职责描述:
Nabati Group在印尼有300多家快餐店、马来西亚有3家快餐店,是印尼排名前三的快餐连锁企业,将于2024年在中国拓展业务,招募餐饮业务团队,成立餐饮企业。
Formulate annual marketing plan and brand promotion strategies according to the company's development goals, including trade promotion, merchandising, POSM management etc.;根据公司发展目标及战略,制定年度市场营销及品牌推广策略,包括贸易推广、商品营销、产品推广等;
Establish marketing research system, conduct market research and analysis for category dynamics and competitors, issue market analysis reports and develop trade support activities etc.;市场调研体系的建立,针对类别动态、竞争情报进行市场调研和分析,出具市场分析报告并制定贸易支持活动等措施;
Formulate marketing analysis and positioning strategies for new product launches, including distribution methods, promotion channels, etc. promote the planning and listing of new products, and conduct post-market management;新产品上市的市场分析及市场定位策略制定包括分销方式,宣传渠道,商贸活动等,推动产品的上市过程,进行产品的后市场管理;
Analyze existing products, maintain market competitiveness, and continuously increase product sales on an existing basis;分析现有产品,保持市场竞争力,在现有基础上不断提高产品销量;
Optimize merchandising standard (GMP) for field sales’ excellent execution, complete effective and practical trade promotion processes in phases of planning, application, operation, evaluation and payment for field sales’ execution for excellence;优化销售规划标准(GMP),完善有效且实用的促进体系,包括计划、申请、运营、评估和支付,以确保现场销售的良好执行;
Integrate the company's AP resources, formulate the company's annual marketing activities strategy, including formulate annual theme activities and customized activities plans to promote the implementation of activities and inspection activities etc.;整合AP资源,制定公司年度市场推广活动策略,推动活动的落地及监测活动执行等;
Control and manage the budget for brand marketing and activities;品牌营销、市场活动费用预算的控制与管理分析;
任职要求:
Bachelor degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent discipline with good professional foundation and knowledge;本科或以上学历,市场营销、工商管理或相关专业,有良好的专业基础和知识;
10 years or above of market work experience in catering industry, at least 5 years of work experience as manager of marketing department;10年或以上快速餐饮行业市场工作经验,至少5年市场经理工作经验;
Deep understanding in product, brand, trade marketing management;对产品、品牌、通路行销管理有深刻的理解;
A team player and a good team leader;具有团队精神和优秀的团队领导能力;
Good logical thinking in process setting and following-up;优秀的逻辑思维能力;
Set high standards and be proactive in making things happen;设定高标准并积极主动地去实现;
Winning and resilient attitude;具有竞争意识,适应性强;
Proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.熟练的英语听说读写能力。
