--- Job Responsibilities ---

1. Lead the team to establish Azure DevOps platform BI applications (ETL/dashboard/DB tools/etc.).

2. Lead the team to propose a solution for version control and automatic testing and deployment and security code scanning.

3. Lead the team to support BI data application team for CICD and UAT/PRD promotion preparation.

4. Lead the team for Azure resource provisioning and access preparation.

5. Guarantee all activities follow compliance requirements.

6. Communicate with Microsoft and internal infrastructure/security team for any technical/security issues on Azure DevOps.

7. Make sure the systems continued high availability.

8. Create and manage project plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

9. Define project team members’ responsibility of the Parties.

10. Review high-level deliverables across projects.

11. Minimize risk of projects, control milestone of the project delivery on time.

12. Be responsible for the team members performance management and career development.


--- Candidate Requirements ---

1. Bachelor’s degree in IT-related disciplines.

2. 8+ years of IT working experience, 5+ years in project management.

3. Certification in project management professional, e.g. PMP, PRINCES2, etc.

4. Ability to take a holistic view with high level of insight on technical flow and provide advice to the team.

5. Team management/uplift of skills.

6. Fluent English Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening.

7. Critical thinking and problems solving skills.

8. Good presentation skills.

9. Familiar with CICD, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, JIRA, Confluence, Agile, Scrum.

10. With cloud experience and Azure is preferred.

11. Good understanding on Linux / Shell / Python.
