This position will mainly focus on managing the sales activities in South China as part of GI China sales team, mapping out and implement our strategy, commercial activities, strengthening and expanding our position to drive core growth, promoting company products. This role also needs to address and develop new opportunities of GI business in general metal. This function needs to cooperate with customer service, supply chain, technical service and R&D to ensure business be secured to meet Sherwin-Williams' goals for market share growth and profitability.

• Be responsible for sales and marketing activities in the region

• Maintain and develop key account customer relationships by working all levels of the organization, and identify their needs to provide technical advice and solution

• Working with Account Management Team to formulate marketing & sales strategy and plan

• Looks for new opportunities in GI business scope

• Develop sales channels for business growth

• Build up local sales and technical service forces to support business growth

• Analysis existing market share and competitor’s market share in the region

• Analysis and understanding of competitors' technologies, strategies and activities in the region

• Implementing the regional defined sales strategy

• Meets company’s annual targets for sales figure, new business, gross margins

• Work with supply chain and customer service for forecast and inventory management

• Works with technical manager to meet customer needs for technical support and trouble shooting

• Works with Finance team for customers payment collection.

• Takes part in technical and commercial negotiation with regional customers

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
• College degree or above in Science or Business degree with strong chemistry aptitude.
理科或商科大专以上学位历,较强的化学知识和能力


• >3 years sales experience of liquid coating products in anticorrosive liquid coating industry focusing on general metal
> 3年一般金属防腐液体涂料行业液体销售经验
• Fluent in English;
良好的英文听说读写能力
• Understanding of operational quality and analytical tools
了解操作质量和分析工具
• Performing business development, account management and sales activities
进行业务开发、客户管理和开展销售活动
• Proficient in PC skills such as Microsoft, and other applications as required
