Project engineer is the leader for new process development and improvement on existing process, including process automation, new technology introduction.
Key Accountabilities:
Project Management
o New process development including process automation
o New technology introduction
o Capacity review & improvement
o Cost reduction project
o Trouble shooting
Key requirements：
Education Qualification:
-Undergraduate or above
-Mechanical, Automation or similar professional.
Technical Competence & Skills:
-3 years or more project engineering in foreign company
-Familiar with Auto CAD, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Leadership Competence:
-Experience with project management
-Experience with trouble shooting with own leadership.
Relevant Experience:
-Experience with lean & 6 sigma is preferred.
-Experience with cleanroom production is preferred.
Others (% of travel, language, etc.):
-Fluent English
