岗位职责：
Technology scouting/evaluation for E-machine assembly and subassembly level in China, such as E-machine assembly, e-machine assembly, gearbox assembly.
Technology scouting/evaluation for E-machine sub-component level in China such as magnet, silicon steel raw material, si-steel stamping, copper wire, housing, speed sensor, gearset ect.
Support on the supplier chain build-up of E-machine in China for BMW nomination project.
Testing/validation monitoring of E-machine component durability/reliability test.
Engineering support for E-machine industrialization until SOP.
Support on tear down failure analysis from system validation, route cause finding and counter measure definition.
Support on current or future innovation project run successfully with supplier, timeline management, documentation and report.
E-machine standardization requirements management.
Organize and on-site support E-machine pre-test, homologation and intensive test in authority testing labs. Provide technical trouble shooting, find root cause and define counter measures.
任职要求：
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in automotive, engineering or other related major.
At least 5 years’ work experience in automotive engine/E-machine field.
At least 3 years’ experience in development of powertrain components.
Project management experience will be a plus.
Very good English skill.
Very strong communication/coordinator skill.
Can work and solve any urgent problem independently.
Flexibility in Travel (Changchun, Shanghai, Tianjin)
