? Must have high-power transformer process analysis and knowledge
? High-power product fixture design and optimization, equipment introduce, layout setup and introduce MES management tools, such as Andon software.
? Continuously and actively pursues and drives improvement opportunities in the winding and soldering, based on business benefits.
? Look for new process capabilities to improve the efficiency and quality, like soldering and winding
? Establishes him/herself as the point of contact for product improvement as well as the strategic link between sales, DE, production, quality and engineering teams in the manufacturing sites. Actively participates in defining corrective & preventive actions, and pursues active verification of such CAPA plans
? Align and help start PPAP, Cpk, SPC etc for processes, with use of statistical tools.
? Leads failure analysis and implements solutions for the true root-cause through a structural and standardized process approach. (DMAIC/6sigma)
? Supports electrical and mechanical ECR/ECO initiatives through risk identification and by working closely with development and DFM teams to maintain product/process quality levels.
