Mission:

Gathering and evaluating information about competitors to gain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape in your industry. It involves delving into competitors’ business models, marketing practices, product offerings, target audiences and much more. To find opportunities for growth, anticipate trends and proactively respond to potential threats.

Job Description:

- Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data, perform data analysis and generate reports on a regular basis, including sales/portfolio analysis, activity report, customer profiling analysis etc.
- Consolidate data from a variety of sources and ensure the accuracy of the data by data cleaning-up
- Support research projects on data mining and analysis
- Provide administrative support when needed
- Follow the company policies as stated in The Epiroc Way, including the Code of Conduct and Compliance issues
- Having astute safety awareness and comply with safety regulations of company and customer sites.
Experience Requirements:
- Over 5 years work experience in database management and analysis, preferably in a multi-national company
- Working experience in related industry is preferred

Knowledge / Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in information system, business or other related discipline
- Strong data analysis and management skills
- Good time management skill and ability to multi-task
- Master of Microsoft office software, database, good at data processing and presentation

Personality Requirements:
- Proactive work attitude, attention to details, strong sense of responsibility and team work spirit
