Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for project execution and deliverables.
2. Understand client’s IT support organization, structure, operating model, and services.
3. Understand client’s IT infrastructure and Information Security policies and guidelines.
4. Conduct a detailed review of the current IT environment (systems, processes, people).
5. Conduct a detailed review of the current state of the InfoSec area and document key findings (e.g., exposures, risks and issues, potential integration challenges, etc.
6. Collaborate with client’s existing IT vendors to improve application usage in China offices or assist the client’s team in finding suitable local IT service providers.
7. Provide IT standard troubleshooting or as a conduit to IT equipment after-sales service vendors to track the status of repairs.
8. Create a list of apps that can only be used in China and plan their purchase or use according to business needs.
9. Provide alternatives to applications or software that cannot be used in China.
Requirements:
1. More than 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure construction and planning.
2. Fluent oral English is a must.
3. Estimated 24-27 working hours per week.
4. As the customer's Shenzhen office is still in the very early stage of construction, it is expected that the remote support will be mainly provided in the first month and the early part of the second month, and it will be stationed in the late part of the second month and the third month.
