Act as finance manager-commercial to manage a small finance team of 2-3 staff to support business profitable growth, and jointly drive key business goals by providing comprehensive financial analysis, this function is based in shanghai and reporting directly to Controller China.

Responsibilities:
1.Analyze French Fries sales and provide the Sales organization with the rights insights to become more profitable (projects vs products vs services, maintenance etc.)
2.Work with production to oversee profitability improvements (jointly with OPS’s finance manager) insights on a good balance of costing and value adding(customers)
3.Fixed commercial cost control and rightsizing organization for sales levels by assessing return on performance
4.Work with the sales organization to drive working capital improvement and seek continuous process improvement
5.Key user Order to Cash Process and manage on the further improvement of the company process of rebates, account payable, accounts receivable
6.Provide financial comments for periodic business review meeting, and ensure follow up actions are in place, and create periodically/ weekly reports and Ah hoc reports
7.Take and manage financial planning and forecasting including periodic outlook, quarterly forecast, annual budget of the sales organization
8.In charge of financial reporting in compliance with China reporting guidelines for responsible company
9.Identify internal control issues, seek initiatives to close the gap and keep regular monitoring


Qualification and Requirements:
•Business Partnering skills and a good team player
•Operationally in tune with the business with a keen eye for analysis and details
•Possess business acumen and strong commercial sense
•Driven, sharp, results orientated with strong understanding of business operations and key drivers
•Ability to strike a good balance between cost control versus value adding
•Strong communication and presentation skills (oral and written); as well as fluency in English as you will be required to liaise with overseas offices
•Relevant discipline in the areas of Accountancy, Finance
•CPA/Masters would be preferred
•At least 10 years’ business control experiences including 3-5 years’ financial management and manage a small group of team experiences
