Responsibilities
1. Introduce the welding process into the local facility and ensure the compliance to the legal and company requirement.
2. Continuous improve the existing process to ensure the KPIs achievement.
3. Give the training about the process new product etc., to ensure the process stability.
4. Support the new project, new product development, implement the process utilization according.
5. Patrol check the welding process implementation, ensure the legal requirement / work instruction followed.
Qualifications
1. At least 2 years welding experience, welding program reading and problem solving capability.
2. Daily working communication with English.
3. Communication skills with diverse background, especially for the cross-cultural communication.
4. Problem solving capability.
5. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering / welding or material.
6. Lean tools/mechanical design/CAD/Project management.
