职责描述：
Gerneral Purpose：
Using professional technical capabilities, through the support of customers in product selection, application and other technical issues, to assistant department complete products sales and marketing development.
运用专业技术能力，通过对客户在产品选型、应用等方面技术问题的支持，协助部门完成产品的销售及市场推广。

Main task:
1.Assisting the sales department in solving customer technical problems and proposing solutions that satisfy customers
协助支持销售部解决客户技术问题，提出令客户满意的解决方案
2.Assist the customer to complete the technical verification test of the product to ensure that the product meets the customer's requirement
协助客户完成对产品的技术验证测试，确保产品达到客户的要求
3.Assist the service department in analyzing the technical problems, and reach an agreement with the customers through communication and persuasion with the customers.
协助服务部门进行技术问题分析，通过与客户的沟通、说服，与客户达成一致。
4.Support marketing department related activities to answer customer questions
支持市场部相关活动，解答客户疑问
5.Assist R&D department to improve product performance and improve product experience
协助R&D部门完善产品性能，提高产品使用体验
6.Assist sales to collect market information for relevant market analysis
协助销售收集市场信息，以供相关市场分析
7.Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement.
根据业务需要，完成直属经理安排的其它工作.

任职要求：
1.Bachelor degree本科学历
2.Electrical Engineering, electronics engineering, RF related experience are preferred.
电气工程，电子工程，射频相关经验优先
3.Experience of 1+ years in similar engineering positions are preferred.
具有1年以上的同行业岗位的经验优先
4.Skills:
-Good communication skills, able to communicate and convince customers
良好的沟通技巧，能够对客户进行沟通说服
-RF experience are preferred
有射频相关经验优先
-Electrical, physical and related professional backgrounds are preferred
电气、物理及相关专业背景优先
5.English ability, able to communicate with HQ to discuss technical issues, by phone or mail.
英语能力，能够与总部同时进行邮件、电话沟通，讨论技术相关问题
6.Observe the regulations of TCN including but not limited on the Employee’s Handbook and Code of Conduct of TRUMPF China.
