Your Responsibilities
• Assist to set up, continually develop, and promote environmental, health and safety management policies in line with all legislative requirements (EHS)
• Maintain EHS management system to ensure plant activities meet legal requirements. Proactive assessment on new environmental, OH and Industry Safety legislation and draw up the plan for compliance
• Assist to develop and direct the implementation of H.S. programs to raise employee awareness of risks and to reduce, avoid, and protect employees from hazards in the workplace, including occupational illness or disease
• Collate accident and Occupational Health Statistics and other performance data at plant level
• Maintenance and supervisor the implement of EHS process
• Conduct daily safety inspection and tracking the follow up action. Include the EHS performance of contractors
• Organize orientation training and related EHS training
• Management EHS documents and records, such MSDS, chemical list, OH files etc.
• Collect environmental date and report it and responsible for managing the hazardous waste in plant
• Follow up EHS KPIs and prepare report about report about EHS performance
• Plan and lead emergency drill
• Other tasks to be assigned by leader

Your Profile
• University graduate with engineering background
• Minimum of 3-5 years in an industrial EHS related position
• Strong character and work ethic with a dedication to going the extra mile
• Able to think coherent and are attentive to details
• Teamwork player
• Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and demonstrate an ability to be a self-starter and get the job done
• Distinct problem solving and analytical skills
• Certified Safety Engineer is preferred
