As Product Researcher, you will support Kitchen Appliance to gain powerful consumers insights and translate insights into products requirements.
Your goal is to bring ever-more rewarding and enjoyable experiences to consumers around the world, by meeting their health & well-being needs via development & realization of winning & meaningful innovations.
You will be the Voice of Consumer in the project team, to ensure the consumer preferred product design for each project.
The influence of PRC spans from insights generation/ concept development/ product innovations to market launch and beyond. You need to form a link between I&D and business and deliver relevant PRC tasks on the assigned projects.

You are responsible for
 Gain insights/understanding from target consumers and translate powerful insights into success innovation proposition by design and execute appropriate consumer study and integrate data from multiple sources.
 Ensure consumer understanding/insights are well captured and translated into superior product design.
 Fully engage with cross function team to ensure consumer centricity throughout all aspects of proposition development and innovation execution.
 Delivers all necessary PRC deliverables for relevant projects on time and on quality, with supervision from Line manager.


To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience.
 Minimum Qualification:
 University degree or above
 2+ years of consumer insight related experience
 Experience in marketing insight and consumer study is required.
 Preferred Qualification:
 Major in Marketing, psychology, user experience, related fields is preferred.
 Experience in product innovation is preferred.
 Experience in sensory is preferred.
 Experience of global cooperation, oversea working/education is preferred.
