摄影助理+平面设计

岗位职责：

1、协助主摄影师完成拍摄的前期准备工作，以及拍摄结束后的整理工作
2、协助主摄影师在拍摄过程中进行灯光设备、道具、布景板等的设置及调整
3、协助主摄影师在拍摄结束后按要求对视频或照片进行必要的后期处理
4、负责摄影器材的保护保养；负责拍摄产品、道具等以及摄影棚内勤事物；协助购买主题拍摄道具
5、对视频、图片进行分类及管理，并上传至公司内部共享设备
6、外出拍摄时，协助主摄影师清点及携带相关摄影器材、灯光设备、道具等
7、根据公司品牌宣传文案，负责线上设计(包括但不限于活动图、专题图、营销图的创意设计)

Responsibilities:

1、Assist the photographer to complete preparation before the shootings and put everything back in order after the shootings
2、Assist the photographer in the shootings by setting up and adjusting lighting equipment, props and background panels etc.
3、Assist the photographer in post-processing video or photo
4、Protection and maintenance of photographic equipment; Arrangement and maintenance of shooting products, props, as well as shooting studio; Purchasing of shooting props
5、Categorize videos and pictures, and upload them to the company's “Cloud”
6、For outdoor shootings, assist the photographer to prepare and bring back all related photographic equipment, lighting equipment, props, etc.
7、Independently create and design materials for online promotion, based on branded introductive texts (including and not limited to posters for campaigns, theme posters and others related to online marketing)

任职要求：

1、热爱美学，摄影、美术、广告等相关专业优先，最少1年相关工作经验
2、认真细致、有责任感、有创造力、善于沟通、有团队精神
3、熟练操作After Effects、Photoshop、Premiere Pro、达芬奇等相关软件
4、对手机拍摄功能、单反、灯光设备等有一定的操作技能，可以独立完成微小型拍摄
5、逻辑思维较强，能协助主摄影师构思、制定视频方案、分镜及剧本
6、能独立完成部分新媒体（如微信、微博）宣传的设计工作
7、正直、诚信。

Requirements:

1, Passion for aesthetics; Photography, art, advertising and other related majors are preferred, with at least 1 year relevant work experience
2, Being conscientious, meticulous, creative; Having a strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and team spirit
3, Proficient in operating After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, DaVinci and other related software
4, Ability to handle shooting function of smartphone, DSLR and lighting equipment etc., and to independently complete micro-to-small scale photo shooting
5, Having a strong logical mind, can assist the photographer in drawing up and settling video shooting programs and scripts
6, Ability to independently complete part of the design work for New Media department
7, Integrity, Honesty.

薪资：5000-8000元/月
