Main Responsibility:
• Production knowhow
Follow up with daily production and solve the technical problems with professional rubber-based knowledge / manufacturing process control & traceability / structure design skills.
• Technical support
Liaise with the overseas colleagues / Engineer's team from sales team / Technical / Quality and other teams to get the new developed products been produced as the market needs. Providing the technical specification & support with Raw material / Process exception / Final Inspection / Independent problem solving / Technical transfer project.
• Continuous improvement
Continues raise the bar and get the ideas to Improve with Quality / Efficiency / Capacity ramping up / Cost down from the process side.
• Others
Coordinate with the Mechanical Design engineer to hit the target above, participate or lead the project under the strategy of company development.


Education and Experience:
• 5 years or more experience with good background in Rubber industrial manufacturing.

• Bachelor's degree at least in major of rubber / polymer engineering.

• Good communication with English.
