Role & Team Description:
Working closely with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Operation, Finance to develop a deep understanding of the product, users, market and business, bring our products to the market, develop and grow business opportunities for the responsible products/category.
This role required a self-starter, who feels comfortable of working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment and be able to think big while developing detailed and comprehensive plans backed by data and insights. This role is highly visible and is expected to have great communication, presentation and motivation skills, to communicate and execute the strategies and plans across different functional teams.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Own the global ecommerce product portfolio roadmap planning with market insight including market trend/competitions, communicate the roadmap story to all stakeholders to ensure the roadmap and product strategy execution.
Manage product launch project, drive cross functional GTM discussions and actions, ideate and facilitate a complete GTM plan and drive successful product launch.
Own the product pricing process, make competitive product price with market analysis, and make promotional price plan, to maximize product profitability.
Product lifecycle management, monitor PSI and run rate, and manage inventory level according to phase in and phase out plan, ensure successful product EOL.
Develop new sales opportunities in different country, and responsible for new SKU request and plan, to achieve potential growth.
Position Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years’ sales or product marketing experience or equivalent for a global company/brand
Preferred Qualifications:
Passion and strong interest in exploring new technologies.
Strong awareness of technology and market trends, with previous experience in consumer electronics, especially in Connected device, smart home devices.
Creative with experience creating GTM programs
Familiar with retail environments in china or any international market, and experience with launching products in retailer /ecommerce players.
Proven ability to recognize, analyze, and act on go to market approaches.
Strong presentation and influence skills with internal and external audiences
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Team player.
Self-starter requiring minimal supervision
