Job Responsibilities:
• Overall in charge of water infrastructure products selling in China, including water treatment and network.
• Gather market intelligence and support Division Head to set up and execute division sales strategy, lead WI CN sales team to achieve sales target.
• Lead CN sales team to develop potential business opportunities with existing (distributor & contractor) or new customers in the Water Treatment and network Industry.
• Lead CN sales team to handle new projects and follow up the existing projects.
• Set up and execute sales strategy and adapt agilely based on market and policy situation.
• Lead CN sales team to organize main marketing activities to support business development and branding.
• Work on distributor network development and maintenance.
• AR Management
• Maintain current clients, develop new sales channel and clients, especially KA customer relationship management.
• Lead build-up of brand awareness in the market and dealer development.
• Provide product innovation suggestion to PM / PD department.


Qualificaiton Requirments:

1) EDUCATION
• Engineering Degree in Environment engineering/ Waste Water Treatment / Water Treatment/Network

2) EXPERIENCE
• At least 15 years working experience in Sales and Sales organization.
• At least 5 years working experience in leading sales team in whole China for water infrastructure.
• Strong network in water infrastructure industry, especially in water supply application is preferred.
• Familiar with Sales strategy setup and executions and dealer channel management.
• Familiar with bidding procedures and tendering in Government Projects for environmental protection or water treatment industry.
• Ability in coordination with external and internal stakeholders to push business forward.

3) SKILLS
• Fluent in both oral English and Chinese.
• Strong negotiation skill
• Strong Sales Management and channel management skill
• Multi-tasking due to job environment
• Self-driven and motivated
• Flexible and easy to adapt top arising new situations

Rehau Polymers (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Rehau Group in China founded in 2003 in Taicang, specializing in the production and supply of building solutions, window solutions, municipal water solutions, industrial solutions, furniture edge sealing systems and other products.
