Key duties and responsibilities:
• Confirm drawings and technical specifications for relevant components,
• Ensure that drawings/specifications are frozen before the formal RFQ,
• Collect drawings and specifications for transferring projects, and make them to local technical documents,
• Participate in technical reviews and clarify technical issues to suppliers, customers, and other departments,
• Support customer complaint handling and provide technical support in terms of product release and root cause analysis,
• Participate as a technical expert in NPI projects, drive coordination and follow-up activities across function teams,
• Provide design solutions meeting the requirements of HydraSpecma and customers,
and implement customized products in an efficient and profitable manner,
• Complete and confirm 3D models, manufacturing drawings, calculations, and related documents accordingly,
• Work together with project leaders, sales, and clients to optimize solutions and security the implement,
• Explain technical solutions to customers and other departments,
Required:
Experience
• Knowledge of Hydraulic products and experience in Hydraulic system design,
• Knowledge of cooler products and experience in cooling system design,
• Design experience in steel structural product, sheet metal parts, and machined parts,
• General mechanical knowledge, welding/metal materials,
• Prefer to project management experience,
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and 3D software,
Skills
• Must have excellent drawing reading ability,
• Well know 3D design software Solid Works,
• Analytical ability, problem-solving ability, and a positive attitude,
• Team spirit and open mindedness,
• Logical and good at communication,
• Good English speaking and written expression skills,
Education
• Hydraulic/Mechanical academic education or equivalent work experience,
