Key duties and responsibilities:
· Full responsible for managing the customer request from the sketch to receiving customer’s payment.
· Must well know the whole sales cycle and handle skillfully.
· Follow up carefully the sales Cycle (Incl. sales offer, order receiving handle, customer order confirmation handle, order goods arrival tracking handle, order goods delivery handle, delivered goods invoice handle, monthly customer payment apply handle, Tracking and receive payment)
· Make detailed analysis of inventory turnover in days and communicate to customer ASAP if some parts are not moving because their sales demand planning is not accurate or some other reason.
· To provide weekly and monthly report to line manager on time.
· Cooperate with Quality to handle customer complains based on 8D requirements.
· Visit/communicate with customer and fully understand what they request to provide in daily work and follow up. Find customer’s change through the smallest details and rapid communicate with them in order to keep in the same level with the customer. Initiative work is must.
· Full responsible for price update in system and keep the price is valid and accurate.
· Filing and any other duties as delegated by line manager from time to time.
Required:
Experience
· Familiar with manufacturing environment above 3 years’ experience in internal sales; Wind Industry background is a plus.
· Computer proficiency with SAP/ERP experience.
Skills
· A certain command of oral & written English;
· Excellent executive ability independent and self- initiative strong sense of responsibility.
Education
· Bachelor’s degree in hydraulic/Mechanical/International trade; Bachelor’s in Hydraulic is an advantage.
