1.Act as an HR consultant of business to provide HR service and ensure the company HR policy and working procedures be complied in daily operation
2.Responsible for related on boarding & exit process such as recruitment, employment and termination.
3.Responsible for HC budget and recruitment, ensure effective recruitment result & improve recruitment quality
4.Responsible for training module, coordinate with each department to identify and review employees training and development needs and ensure the implement of training plan
5.Lead annual performance review project and give suggestions on low/high performance management.
6.Lead and develop the HR projects, such as recognition, retention, HR audit, company culture, employee satisfaction survey, staff event etc.
7.Enhance employee communication and improve employee satisfaction.

8.Handle ad hoc tasks as required


Education/knowledge/skills required:
Bachelor's degree
At least 5 years HR solid professional experiences with HR general function or business partner experiences is required
Manufacturing background and the experience in C&B or recruitment function is preferable
Action-oriented, good communication & active listening
Good teamwork spirit, open-minded and fast learner
Office skills including excel, PPT, etc.
Ideally very fluent in English. Workable is a minimum.
