管理中国项目的制动系统选型，并与合作伙伴协商以达成妥协
与当地供应商一起管理组件的卡钳功能设计、开发和工业化，以实现车辆和平台项目的质量、成本、规划和性能目标
在连续生命阶段，为合资企业提供技术支持以解决质量问题或进行改进
主要职责：

为中国项目制定制动系统选型，并与合作伙伴（架构、动态性能（CLDR）……）协商，在报告项目之前取得妥协。
从法国工程部获取输入数据。 （功能规格、体积、负载、过程约束……）。获取要包含在 ST 中的质量目标。
进行功能分析和AMDEC（PFMEA），建立CTF清单。
设置组件的技术规范 (ST)（检查体积一致性、PSA 标准的应用、数值和实验验证条件……）
准备RFQ文件并组织供应商咨询。完成并检查 CPPR。
分析供应商报价并提出 A/3 级组件的技术+质量评估
供应商质量管理 (SQM)：领导 ATP 方法。在 INIT 会议上提供质量评估。领导 PLM 审查，确保供应商完成 PLM 工具项目，并验证 PLM 里程碑。确保 CTF 和 CSE 的良好识别。
通过定期技术审查（产品设计、工具实现、验证、流程布局……）管理供应商工程工作

Automotive brake system development engineer
In the field of localization of Chinese brake basic parts, the main tasks are as follows:
Manage brake system selection for China project and negotiate with partners to reach compromise
Manage the caliper function design, development and industrialization of components with local suppliers to achieve quality, cost, planning and performance goals for vehicle and platform projects
Provide technical support to joint ventures to solve quality problems or make improvements during the continuous life phase
Primary responsibility
Main activities:
Develop brake system selection for China project and work with partners (architecture, Dynamic Performance (CLDR)...) Negotiate and reach a compromise before reporting the project.
Obtain input data from French Engineering. (Functional specifications, volume, load, process constraints...) . Gets the quality objective to be included in ST.
Perform functional analysis and AMDEC (PFMEA) to establish CTF inventory.
Set the technical specification (ST) of the component (check volume consistency, application of PSA standard, numerical and experimental verification conditions...)
Prepare RFQ documents and organize supplier consultation. Complete and check CPPR.
Analyze supplier quotation and propose technical + quality assessment of A/3 level components
Supplier Quality Management (SQM) : Leading the ATP approach. Provide quality assessment at INIT meetings. Lead PLM audits, ensure vendor completion of PLM tool projects, and validate PLM milestones. Ensure good identification of CTF and CSE.
Through regular technical reviews (product design, tool implementation, validation, process layout...) Manage supplier engineering work
Update component development plan and communicate with project lead engineer
Analysis of supplier technical data (drawings, prototype and sample reports, test reports, product and process qualification reports...) And provide technical evaluation
Request foundry and materials engineers to assist in completing technical points
Ensure part conformance (by leading audits at supplier site if required)
Internal bench validation is organized with the support of French or local partners according to the project schedule
Vehicle testing of relevant parts: Manage the supply of parts samples and support the riding team during testing
Ensure that the final plant assembly process for vehicle components is acceptable
Necessary product development: Guide "FETE" to suppliers, update and release drawings (CAD/DiL process). Pay attention to the configuration of components.
Approve the supplier's process qualification on site
Assist project manager to solve quality problems of production vehicles during the production cycle (need to be transferred to joint venture plant)
Collect, record and share technical documents in the course of work
Feedback to the French engineering department on possible improvements to the technical specifications of the components used in China - request completion of the technical review list.
