Job Title: Accounting Supervisor
Location: Shanghai, China

Job Description
To be involved in the whole scope of accounting process; assist in managerial accounting. Review and develop effective accounting and operational control as well as procedure on costing, inventory, operation, and financial management. Perform, monthly and annually closings on ERP system with all requested reports Perform general accounting activities. Responsible for hand-on month end account closing. Support finance project(ERP/Global system).

Key Responsibilities
• To complete/review finance booking and reporting based on internal compliance and company SOP requirements.
• To work under pressure and meet deadline.
• Ensure accurate Invoice booking and payment matching
• Ensure compliance of related internal control principles and procedures
• Book keeping according to the local requirements and internal requirements
• Assist in tax filling and other statistic reporting
• Training employees on company SOP and process

Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree holder in Finance/Accounting disciplines
• +5 years of working experience from similar positions in preferably companies handling medical device or pharmaceutical industry. MNC work experience is preferable.
• Ability to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure
• A team player with good interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Well-organized, initiative, and meticulous
• Computer literate
• Good oral and business writing skills in English
• Demonstrate skills in negotiation, persuasion, active listening and learning, analytical thinking, judgment and decision making, project management, mathematics, time management, presentation, and operations analysis
