Responsibility:
A. Assist EHS Manager to complete work plan, process document improvement and update
B. Regular EHS inspections and internal audits, making recommendations, and assigning appropriate actions and implementation responsibilities;
C.EHS risk analysis, monitoring and supervision survey were conducted in the region. According to the results of safety performance evaluation and assessment, put forward the direction of continuous improvement.
D. Participate in the investigation, analysis and treatment of production OHS accidents and environmental pollution accidents.
E. Participate in the formulation and evaluation of various emergency plans and organize regular drills to test the applicability and pertinence of various emergency plans, and participate in the emergency response of various emergency situations of the company;
F. Planning, approval, distribution, acceptance and scrap management of PPE;
G. Completing the monthly, quarterly and annual inspection and evaluation reports of EHS management and operation arranged by Brembo Group.
H. Complete all kinds of environmental and safety reports of the government; communicate externally to get the latest information about the safety environment of the government in time;
I.EHS training for employees in respective regions
J. Participate in the "three simultaneous" work of new construction, reconstruction and expansion projects and EHS management in the construction phase of projects;
L. Participate in the EHS promotion plan of ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001 standards, and implement EHS policies and procedures in accordance with local government regulations, headquarters and company requirements;
M. Provide technical support for the implementation and management of laws and regulations for all departments.
N. Participate in external audit, evidence collection and validity of the company
O. Complete other tasks assigned by EHS manager
Requirements:
A. Experience: EHS Experience in Manufacturing Enterprises for 1-3 Years or More. Working experience in foundry field is preferred
B. Area of Experience: Rich on-site management experience and emergency handling capabilities, including safety, environmental protection, fire protection, occupational health, special equipment and so on.
C. Education Level: Bachelor degree
D. Education Area / Education Title: Mechanical / safety engineering.
