As a Business Intelligence & Data Specialist, you will be part of a global team, providing Business Intelligence services to one of our client’s business unit.
Job Description
Develop, maintain and improve business reports linked to sales agent productivity (productivity, call time, agent review etc.).
Develop, maintain and improve reports linked to sales pipeline, forecast and revenue attainment.
Work with set of business rules, analyze transaction records versus business rules and understand real time sales target attainment versus business rules. Support sales teams with escalations linked to missing records from scorecard.
Support sales campaign management: actively participate in customer selection from client and/or 3rd party databases, support the improvement of global propensity models in line with sales targets. Complete pre-engagement administrative and maintenance tasks (such as campaign upload, data enrichment (1st/3rd party databases), maintain PowerApps and CRM systems), update and maintain insights dashboards (sales support tools), execute ad-hoc bulk updates in CRM linked to lead and opportunity records.
Develop, maintain and improve business reports linked to Webhelp owned sales support tools.
Skills Needed
Relevant working experience with PowerQuery, PowerBI and PowerApps – ability to maintain reports built by global Business Intelligence (BI team) and develop new reports by utilizing PowerPlatform
High level Microsoft Office skills (Excel – pivot tables, PowerPivot)
Experience establishing processes to triage and resolve sales issues
Relevant working experience with CRM and/or ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage)
Ability to get things done (without or with a minimum level of supervision), working collaboratively across a highly matrixed organization, respecting deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills
Proven self-starter, able to deal with ambiguity

Basic knowledge of SQL is required, experience with SSIS and SQL Server Analysis Services is an advantage
Language skills: Fluent English is required

Education: bachelor’s degree (with focus on one of the related fields: data engineering, digital business & data science, business intelligence & data analytics, business administration, economics, finance, business & IT, software engineering) or equivalent work experience (minimum 2 years)
