Key role of RDC (regional distribution center) quality control is able to set up a quality inspection team, train the team, identify team capabilities, and interact with each team to improve the RDC inspection process and the accuracy of the inspection quality, so as to fully divided the overall ability of RDC quality team, and lead the whole team to complete all tasks of the new product inbound inspection and returns inspection. Cooperate with RDC operation team to handle quality tasks, work with logistics team to improve return efficiency, and cooperate with other warehouses’ QC to complete quality tasks.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Enhance our benchmark for product safety and quality.
• Set up inspection instruction. Update global inspection standard.
• Manage ex-factory inspection and inbound inspection, conduct inspections.
• Train inspector for materials and products for color, measurements, labels and overall quality.
• Make judgment on acceptance and rejection of quality cases.
• Prepare, consolidate, update and file audit reports.
• Provide technical advice to factories to solve production and quality problems.
• Identifies any products risk, works with all related parties to come up with.
REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 4 years in Quality Assurance and Quality Control area with footwear and apparel buying office/agent or trader.
• Knowledgeable in production process of footwear and apparel /or, their manufacturing and quality inspection processes is a must.
• A team player who can give full effort to meeting brand’s quality standard.
• Listen to others and is receptive to their ideas and perspectives.
• Good time management skills to allow sufficient time to complete tasks to meet assigned deadlines Be earnest, careful, responsible and stable.
• Good command of office software.
