Current open positions in Industrial Sales Team:
* KAM, IEM (Shanghai)
* KAM, REB (Beijing)
* KAM, Traditional Energy (Xi'an/ Chengdu)
Job Responsibilities:
* To develop a short and long term go-to-market strategy for a particular account for the accounts.
* Build and maintain high level business relationship with strategic customer/account through systematic activities.
* Responsible for crisis management with strategic customer and able to rebuild the business and relationship.
* To prioritize and plan the overall focus and sales activities based on the market knowledge and the yearly sales target of the individual, segmenting the customer portfolio and achieve business target.
* To increase account team productivity while providing measurable customer value.
* Influencing politically powerful people on the customer side and cultivating strong relationships with them.
* Able to assess the strengths and weaknesses of key relationships, develop customer needs, maintain accounts management, well handling crisis.
Job Requirements:
* Degree in mechanical engineering degree with 8 years and above working experience.
* A proven track record dealing with the bearing platform will be preferred.
* Strong communication and negotiation skill, good in influence and convincing.
* Strong presentation skill.
* Rich experience in account management and commercial practice.
* Good in English.
