We are now looking for a

Drive Component CDE, Elevator Technology Categories

to be responsible for technology of drive product.

Main responsibilities:
• Drive product technical feasibility study for elevator new requirement
• Solution development/Global drive solution review.
• New drive technical solution validation and implementation.
• Continuous drive product improvement with root cause analysis
• Troubleshooting and problem solving for quality case
• Technical analysis for cost saving opportunity.
• CR(change request) process management.


Skills, Education and Experience
• B/M.Sc. degree in power electronics, embedded electronics or relevant
• More than 5 years of work experience in a relevant field, e.g. drives, converter, inverter, UPS
• Elevator knowledge is strong plus.
• Elevator rescue device knowledge is strong plus.
• Good knowledge in drive main components dimension and validation
• Good knowledge in drive analog/digital circuit.
• Drive standard(IEC) and EMC knowledge.
• Good problem solving skills using logic and fact based troubleshooting guideline
• Good English language skills
• Good communication skills
