职位描述Job description：
1.积极推动和管理客户在福建/广东/其他地区的机器销售；
Actively driving and managing the assigned customers for machine selling in China/Fujian/Guangdong/others.
2.支持所分配市场的销售和产品策略的制定并执行；
Support the development of Sales and Product Strategies for the assigned market and execute them.
3. 负责指定市场/客户的销售计划并执行，以实现销售目标；
Be responsible for the Sales Plans for the assigned market/customers and implement all possible actions to achieve sales target.
4. 与产品管理和服务团队密切合作，解决客户和产品相关问题；
Closely cooperate with Product management and service teams for customers' and products' related issues.
5. 定期拜访客户，了解他们的策略/需求，并促进关系；
Execute regular customers' visits to understand their strategies/ needs and foster relationship.
6. 领导和协调跨职能团队，满足客户需求，推动业务并实现盈利增长；
Lead and coordinate cross function team to meet customers' demand and drive the business with profitable growth.
7. 部门经理安排的其他工作。
Assigned other tasks by dept manager.

岗位要求Requirements：
1.本科及以上学历（工程或商务背景），良好的英语能力；
Bachelor's degree or above (either engineering or business background), good English language skills.
2. 能够独立工作并具有良好的团队合作精神；
Be able to work independently and with good team work spirits.
3. 具有出色的沟通和谈判能力；
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. 能够积极主动地解决问题；
Proactive in problem solving.
5. 能够在压力和不利条件下稳定生产；
Able to be stable and productive under pressure and adverse conditions.
6.可以在国内出差，至少有50%的时间(如有必要)。
Available for business trips in China with at least his/her 50% time (if necessary).
