岗位职责：

1. Supervise daily operation of Branch Finance dept. Plan, monitor, control cost and expenditure管理分工厂财务部门日常运作，监控、控制成本和费用支出

2. Supervise and organize the monthly closing, make sure the on-time submission of regular monthly report, quarterly reports and other temporary report. 指导和组织财务月结工作，确保月度、季度报表及其他临时报表的准时提交

3. Assistant Sr. Controller for ensuring all internal controls and Company policy are executed and fully compliance in Branch. Maintain robust system of internal controls including compliance with US Sarbanes-Oxley regulations. 协助财务总监确保内部财务控制点和公司政策能完全有效执行，保持内部控制系统运作能与美国总部政策与要求相符合

4. Organize, coordinate and prepare monthly rolling forecast and annual Strategic plan with all departments. Work with the team to continually improvement in accuracy of monthly rolling forecast. And do the forecast variance analysis. 组织、协调各部门准备每月的滚动销售预测和每年战略计划。与团队成员一起为每月滚动销售预测的准确性作持续改善，同时对滚动销售预测与实际的差异进行差异分析

5. Prepare various financial analysis report to the senior management.为高层管理提供各类财务分析报告

6. Work with the team for the costing and inventory management and analysis the cost variances between actual and standard. Identify any cost saving opportunity.与团队成员一起做好费用及存货管理，分析实际成本与标准成本之间的差异，识别出任何可能的成本节约的机会

7. Assist management team for Branch’s Finance KPI review and performance improvement.协助管理团队做好分工厂KPI指标的评审及改善

8. Provide technical expertise and advice on financial issues to Branch management team and facilitate them to develop revenue and expense budgets, understand financial reports and manager their financial responsibilities.为分工厂管理团队提供有关于财务问题的专业技术建议，同时帮助管理团队做好收入及费用预算，理解财务分析报告和行使好他们各自部门的财务管理职责

9. Handle all tax related issues and in charge of Internal Audit, External Audit and government compliance audits in Branch. Provide leadership and support in all audits. Ensure any internal/external audit finding is closed out in a timely manner.处理税收相关问题及管理内部审计、外部审计和政府合规审计。领导审计工作及提供相应支持，确保任何内部、外部审计问题得以及时解决和关闭

10. Provide the constructive proposal for the process improvement in finance department and help to training and develop the team. 为财务流程持续改进提供建设性意见，帮助培训和发展团队成员各项专业技能

11. Ad hoc works.其他上级安排的工作

12. Manage a team of approx. 6-8 members.管理6-8人团队

 

任职要求

1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance from a credential university.会计或财务管理专业，本科以上学历

2. At least 5 years working experience in Manufacturing company and min. 2 years supervision experience具备至少5年制造企业相关工作经验， 2年以上财务管理经验

3. Ability to work in and maintain performance expectations in diverse cultural contexts and high- pressure environment能适应多文化工作背景及高压力工作环境

4. ERP system experience熟练掌握ERP系统

5. Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks and detail-focused有能力组织和管理多项任务工作同时能聚焦细节

6. Good teamwork spirit, communication skills and process management良好的团队合作能力、沟通能力和过程管理能力

7. Good at English具备良好的英语听说读写能力
