In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

1. Responsible for welding procedure qualification and verification.
2. Responsible for welder performance qualification
3. Responsible for the preparation and conversion of WPS
4. Parts and components work flow
5. Responsible for the development and procurement of technical requirements for welding materials
6. Responsible for the preparation of manufacturing process cards
7. Work with shopfloor for the design and procurement of welding fixtures
8. Responsible for the selection and procurement of welding equipment
9. Responsible for the preparation of welding hours for new products, revision of working hours for changed products, and restoration of working hours for old products.
10. Be able to tackle production problems posed by weld shop.

For This Role, You Will Need:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in welding or machinery, CAD proficiency.
2. Familiar with ASME standards, familiar with GTAW、GMAW、SMAW process
3. Can solve welding technical problems.
4. More than three years of relevant work experience
5. Good English capability.
6. Good teammate, meticulous, self-driven and independent.
7. Proactive work attitude and strong willingness to learn.
8. Help identify gaps between target and result and create the appropriate solution to reduce it.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

1. Experience with Oracle will be an advantage.
2. Experience in nuclear welding is preferred.
3. Capable of process improvement.
4. Good at doing report.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
