1. Implement maintenance work programs to reduce equipment failures and non-productive downtime; 执行设备维护计划，降低设备故障率和停机时间；
2. Provide supervision for maintenance crew including the delegation of work assignments and the enforcement of all departmental policies and procedures; 领导并监督维修小组的工作，包括任务安排和授权、部门政策和程序的执行等；
3. Analyze and prioritize daily requests to insure effective completion of projects; 对日常工作进行分析、设定优先级，并按照优先级要求执行，确保项目的有效完成；
4. Maintain accurate equipment history files, downtime records, and preventive maintenance time schedules; 保存/维护精确的设备历史档案、停机记录和预防性维护计划；
5. Act as a liaison with various equipment manufacturers or other outside sources to resolve operational problems; 充当各种设备制造商和其他外来供应商的联络员，解决运行中的问题；
6. Will perform a variety of equipment activities in association with the other Technicians; 与部门其他人员合作执行多种与设备相关的任务；
7. Provide suggestions for equipment design of project components, help installation of project items, and recommend engineering changes to correct and improve the operating capabilities of the plant; 为项目设备部件设备设计提供建议，协助项目设备的安装，提出设备工程变更的推荐意见，纠正设备上存在的问题，提高工厂的运行能力；
8. Organize related technicians to analyze the previous malfunctions and make the actions to improve the equipment stability; 定期组织部门人员分析设备故障履历，实施持续改进措施保障设备稳定性；
9. Other tasks assigned by the leader; 领导安排的其他工作；


Position Requirements:
Education and Experience
1. Bachelor degree in electromechanical or related technology field, and a minimum 3 years related experience of management of maintenance team; 本科机电及相关专业，具有5年以上设备维修及维护工作经验，且有3年维修团队管理的经验；
2. Should have foundry maintenance experience, Familiar with sand reclaim system, sand mixer, medium frequency induction furnace, heat treatment furnace and shot blasting equipment is preferred;有铸造行业设备维修保养方面的经验。熟悉砂再生系统，混砂机，中频感应炉，热处理炉及抛丸设备者优先；
3. Understanding program and troubleshoot Siemens PLC’s and related devices including Operator interfaces or special skills in mechanical area will be preferred; 熟悉西门子PLC及相关设备（包括操作界面）的编程和故障诊断处理或者对与机械方面有特别的丰富的经验者的优先；
4. Must be willing to work as day shift. 愿意上倒班。
