Position Description
This position is responsible for managing regional supply planning to work with cross functions including sales, order management, internal and external factories, warehouse and logistics to support business achievements, driving continuously improvement on delivery, inventory and lead time.

Responsibility:
 Collaboration with Regional Sales Team for support and alignment of sales and customer focused strategies and execution.
 Work with cross functions including sales, order management, internal and external factories, warehouse, and logistics to support business achievements.
 Ensure the efficient delivery of finished goods objectives and service levels through understanding Suppliers, Distribution centers/Direct customers and factory capacity plans. Communicates the production response to the demand signal.
 Meet planning metrics
 Support regional planning leader to teach and coach team to work on continues improvement activities for regional operational excellence
 Support regional planning leader to optimize regional planning processes, continuously improvement on delivery, inventory, and lead time.
 Support regional planning leader for team diversity, capability, and productivity improvement
 Streamline work through digital transformation

Qualifications:
 Bachelor's Degree or above
 6-8 years of solid experience in a Supply Chain function that includes demand, supply and inventory planning
 Demonstrated ability to use ERP systems / integrated planning tools (e.g. SAP, RR) within a production environment
 Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
 In depth experience and expertise with Materials management
 Able to work cross-functionally either as a team participant or team leader
 Ability to deal with complexity and manage ambiguity
 Open minded on problem solving
 Results focused and quality oriented
 Fluent in speaking, writing, and reading English
 Self-motivated
