1. On a long-term basis: defining yearly progress plan objectives to suppliers in conjunction with Global Sales needs; 长期目标：结合全球销售需求，为供应商制定年度进度计划目标
2. Develops and maintains China sourcing strategies to support global business plan, bearing in mind the best TCO for the Group；支持集团的业务发展计划制定集团在中国的采购战略并确保采购战略在全球各个区域的采购业务中得到执行，同时考虑集团的总体拥有成本
3. Manage and maintain global relationships with main Chinese suppliers；管理并维护集团在中国主要供应商的全球关系
4. On daily basis: Responsible for RFQs for new project from Global CPS team, maintain accurate supplier material and price data in system; 负责全球CPS团队的新项目询价，在系统中维护准确的供应商信息和价格数据;
5. Lead the communication for all aspects from customer query stage (include drawing/spec changes, cost, lead-time…) to official order released, is involved in regional monthly plan follow-up with top offenders; 主导与供应商在各方面的沟通，从客户询价阶段(包括图纸/规格变更、成本、交货期等)到正式订单发布，参与集团各区域月度采购计划的跟进;
6. Ensure all new sourcing part launched on time to customer milestones and without quality complaints；确保所有新采购部件按时交付，无质量投诉
7. To ensure the smooth flow of information between the CPS Supplier, China Auditor team and Global sales and planning, information such as RFQ, drawing/spec clarification, POs…; 确保CPS供应商、中国审核团队和全球销售与计划团队之间的信息畅通，如新报价，图纸及标准的确认与变更，订单信息…；


Position Requirements:
Education and Experience
1. College degree or above, with a specialization in engineering；大学以上学历工程相关专业，
2. Minimum 8 years’ experience in the same level of position in an industrial environment；8年以上跨国企业全球采购工作经验；
3. Ability to work in a matrixed organization, international mind set, overseas experience a plus；能在矩阵式组织中工作，具有国际化思维，有海外工作经验者优先考虑
4. A combination of excellent problem-solving, time-management and analytical skills; 良好的分析问题，解决问题以及时间管理能力；
5. Responsible, flexible, with strong work ethic able to work under own initiative; 负责任，灵活，有良好的职业道德，能够主动工作;
6. Have good knowledge of drawing/blue print (- can review drawings after training), experience from Mining Equipment or Heavy Industry will be a plus; 熟悉图纸/图纸设计(能在培训后进行图纸审核)，有矿山设备或者其他重工业行业经验者优先;
7. Minimum bi-lingual (fluent English required, as well as Mandarin, Spanish is an asset) 至少会两种语言(要求英语及普通话流利，西班牙语为重要加分项)
