1.Familiar with NPD/LPD process. Follow NPD/LPD process on new product development. Lead cross function team to complete NPD projects on time, on quality and on budget.

2.Identify VAVE opportunity and drive engineering and other team achieve material saving target correspondingly. Support sourcing team to achieve price target.

3.Develop, improve and maintain refrigeration display case products. Output qualified product design to Manufacturing. Support Suzhou plant to deliver competitive product to customer.
研发和维护陈列柜产品. 设计满足客户需求的产品.并且保持产品在市场中的竞争力；
4.Responsible for setup or maintenance design documents according to work requirement, including 3D model, 2D drawing and BOM deliverables. Can be able to work on evaporator design, expansion valve selection and tube layout design or sheet metal / packing design. Totally understand the BOM structure of series products, and manage them.
建立和维护设计文档, 包括3D和2D图纸和BOM。主要工作为钣金件设计, 包装设计。充分了解产品的BOM结构，能够对系列产品的BOM做系统性管理；
5.Support sales / marketing for new product requirement analysis and concept design development.
支持销售和市场团队进行新产品需求的可行性分析和概念设计；
6.Understand and familiar with the process of sourcing, planning, production, quality, logistic and warehouse etc. Support all of the function as an engineer with professional knowledge.
了解公司采购、计划、生产、质量管控、物流、仓储等一些列职能的运作流程。能从技术层面支持各部门相关工作。

Qualifications：
1.Bachelor degree or above, Major in mechanical, Electro-mechanical or refrigeration engineering.
本科及以上学历，机械, 机电或制冷相关专业；
2.Excellent organization’s skills and the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
良好的组织协调能力并且能识别优先完成事项，确保按期完成；
3.Basic refrigeration and refrigeration component knowledge, refrigeration application knowledge, Familiar with SM manufacture, foaming, painting, welding, brazing, assembly process.
具备基本的制冷及其元器件知识，熟悉钣金加工，发泡，喷涂，焊接，钎焊，装配流程；
4.Strong 3D modeling background.
会使用Solid-edge 3D建模；
5.Empathy with customer needs and requirements.
能洞察顾客的需要和要求；
6.Have good oral and written communication skills. Good at Office software.
具有良好的英语沟通能力包括表达能力。擅长使用办公软件。
