Job Summary: Development of general-purpose refractory Monolithic products such as castables, ramming mix, gunning mix, etc., suitable for steel-melting application in Iron & Steel Industries
职位描述：开发用于炼铁和炼钢过程中使用的，通用不定型耐火材料，例如浇注料、捣打料、喷涂料等。

Key duties and responsibilities
主要职责：

1.Actively involve and understand the development & need of the refractory monolithic products.
积极了解和参与不定型耐火材料产品的需求和研发工作。

2.Dedication towards the development of refractory monolithic products utilizing locally sourced raw materials in order to meet the demanding market price.
利用本地原料改进不定型耐火材料，以满足苛刻的市场价格需求。

3.Assess the scope of work and ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
评估（领导交付的）工作，确保它们能在预算范围内、按时完成。

4.The new Projects are to be carried out with a proper action plan & timeline.
对新的项目，能制定出合理的行动计划和时间表。

5.Organize and execute the assigned jobs/projects based on targets.
以结果为导向，来安排和实施被交付的工作和项目。

6.Report & document all phases of the development work.
研发工作的各个阶段，做好报告和文件存档。

7.Establish and maintain QC testing procedures for the newly developed products.
建立并维护新产品的QC检测程序。

8.Establish production process sequence for the new product.
建立新产品的生产工艺流程。

9.Establish & maintain product application procedures for the new products.
建立并维护新产品的应用方式和流程。

10.Evaluate the application & performance issues of the product developed and modify recipes to meet customer requirements.
评估新产品应用和表现，并修改配方以满足客户的要求。

11.Perform any other duty assigned by the reporting manager related to the product development work
执行上级经理交付的与产品研发相关的其它工作。


Requirement:

1.Minimum 10 years of work experience in the field of refractory production, and product development, preferably as a ceramic engineer, would be considered an added value.
在耐火材料领域，十年以上的产品研发工作经验；陶瓷领域工程师优先考虑。

2.The ideal candidate for this position must have experience in developing or managing recipes of castable, ramming masses, gunning masses, and other unshaped refractory products specifically designed for the steel industries.
在浇注料、捣打料、喷涂料，等其它不定型耐火材料产品，尤其是为钢铁行业设计的这些耐火材料产品的研发和配方管理上，具有丰富的经验。

3.Hands-on experience in formulating & quality control of alumina castables, ramming mixes, gunning mixes, EAF fettling mass, EAF dry ramming mass, well fillers, backfill mass, EBT filling mass, and other general-purpose monolithic refractories.
具有铝质浇注料、捣打料、喷涂料、电炉投补料、电炉干式捣打料、引流砂、填缝料、EBT炉填充料等通用不定型耐火材料的研发构建和质量管理工作经验。

4.In-depth knowledge of various raw materials, additives, binder characteristics & their sources.
对（耐火材料）各种原材料、添加剂、粘结剂特性和产地来源，有充足的了解和认知。

5.Basic Knowledge of unshaped refractory application practices in steel industries.
了解钢铁行业不定型耐火材料应用知识。

6.A strong sense of creativity in new product ideas and solving problems.
在解决问题和新产品创意上，具有很强的创新意识。

7.Should possess the ability to pay attention to details and excellent analytical skills.
注重细节，具有优秀的分析能力。
