Purpose to set up the position:
Based on the inquire from market, developing and maintaining customers in medical application/market for fiber optics solution

Responsibilities (main tasks):
• Identify medical business opportunities by conducting market research, analyzing market survey, attending related domestic industrial tradeshows and exhibitions.
• Develop sales activities, setting customer visit appointments, providing timely spec and project proposal response, preparing quotations, traveling to customer locations, negotiating and closing orders and assisting project shipment.
• Maintain relationship with key OEM customers by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs and new opportunities.
• Keep management informed by preparing forecasts, evaluating and reporting results, and maintaining sales data base.
• Assist sales management in developing and executing marketing & sales strategies to achieve objectives regarding revenue, profitability and market share.
• Assist and support internal R&D department from a commercial standpoint.

Qualifications:

Education background:
• Not lower than master’s in physics, Photoelectronic information Science and Engineering, MBA, Marketing or equivalents

Work experience
• More than 5 years of experience in sales, marketing or as application engineer in medical application/market for optics fiber
• Experience with medical fiber devices or assemblies is a plus
• Knowledge of quality management system ISO13485 or equivalents is a plus
