JOB SUMMARY (State in short sentences why the job exists)
- To build out, maintain and troubleshoot our rapidly expanding infrastructure, specifically focus on Server/Information System/Storage.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure, specifically includes Vmware/Windows/AD/SCCM/Exchange/SAN/NAS/VEEAM.
 Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
 Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks
 Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
 Provide 2nd and 3rd level support
 Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
 Other tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS and SKILLS:
 Expert in all aspects of Windows10/Windows11, Windows Server.

 Proficiency in Active Directory,SSCM,Exchange,Vmware,Storage,VEEAM
熟悉AD，SCCM，Exchange，Vmware，SAN/ISCSI存储，VEEAM备份等
 Experience in data networking; such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS
有足够的基础网络支持经验，比如TCP/IP,DHCP,DNS
 Familiar with Redhat Linux
熟悉红帽Linux
 High level of independence, assertiveness, and decisiveness;
能够独立解决问题
 Ability to communicate clearly in written and oral English with both technical and non-technical professionals;
有基础的英文读写能写

Working experience:
- 5 years at least
- 5年以上工作经验
Education:
- University degree in Computer Science or other engineering field.
- 计算机科学或相关专业背景
Language:
- Good level in written and spoken for English and Chinese Mandarin;
Knowledge:
- MCSE/M365-Microsoft Family
