Job Responsibilities:
1. Preparing of Quick report for monthly performance forecast before accounting closing
2. Managing each function’s cost and regularly communicate with relevant teams
3. Analysis on monthly P&L variance between actual and budget
4. Regularly analyze and monitor the product’s profitability
5. Set up annual budget and planning for next year and following long range plan of 5 years
6. Communication with HQ finance

Job Requirements:
1. 5y+ working experience in finance
2. FP&A role experience in manufacturing industry, and minimum 3 years of experience are preferred
3. Good English or Korean skill (Both written and oral) able to communicate with HQ finance team
4. Strong analytical skill and commercial sense for business
