Summary/Purpose:
According to international development plan of KHS Group, several Training Hubs will be set up around the globe. One of them will be based in Kunshan, where KHS China HQ is located together with its production center (plant). Training Hub Kunshan will provide service to customers of MZ China and South East Asia (SEA). For managing training quotations, execution, and follow-up of customer trainings of MZ China/SEA, a training administrator is needed.
Responsibility:
1. Prepare quotation of customer training for new line/single machine business and aftersales business.
2. Communicate with counterparts in various countries in MZ SEA regarding to the calculation of costs, time schedule of *** training resources, printing/shipping of training materials, etc.
3. Generate and constantly update customer training plans for each project.
4. Follow the process of customer training execution and collect training feedback from the customer.
5. Collect the real cost of customer trainings and calculate the actual margin of each customer training project.
6. Support Training Manager in training management and *** training course development
Requirement:
1.Bachelor's degree, preferably in English, Business Administration or relevant majors.
2.Fluent in English, has no difficulty communicating in English with colleagues/customers from SEA countries
3.Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)
4. Basic understanding of an ERP (such as SAP)
5. Aside from common IT tools, this position needs to use the following systems constantly in daily work:
SuccessFactors - the Learning Management System of Salzgitter Group
ECOS-iCon - the quotation system of KHS
ECM - the file management system of KHS
