Job Description:
Support the delivery of Risk Management methodology to promote a qualitative and quantitative risk assessment
Prepare procedures, tools and templates in relation to risk assessment and management
Responsible for formal registration of projects risk reports at all levels of project
Ensure risk assessment monthly update and follow-up on mitigation actions with stakeholders
Define local monthly cycle process to secure risk management update and execute reporting to both local and global project organization
Benchmark risk assessment across organization and share good practices with project managers and work package owners
Provide training in risk management to stakeholders
Participate in cross-functional meetings with global and local project organization
Assist in managing the flow of project information within the team members at all the levels in the organization, through regular meetings and written communications
Identify proactively new potential risks
Work closely with Project controls team to assess risks and opportunities on other processes (cost, schedule, scope…)
Qualifications:
In order to be able to undertake the role as required, candidates will be expected to demonstrate the following capabilities:
Degree qualified in a relevant discipline with a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience or previous proven experience in a risk management environment.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Qualitative and Quantitative assessment of risk including probabilistic modelling (risk, PRA and P6 proficiency – or equivalent)
A working understanding of an integrated risk management process (risk, cost and schedule) on large programmes or projects
Candidates are expected to have excellent communication skills (oral and written) and be genuinely committed to finding new and more effective ways of working
