岗位描述 Job Responsibilities:

1. Organize analysis and improvement of customer complaints, improve and track the 8D report or problem tracking form until closed.
负责组织客户抱怨问题的分析与改进，完善并跟踪8D报告或问题跟踪表，直至关闭。

2. Be responsible for the summary and analysis of all customer complaints and PPM, hold customer complaint quality meetings regularly.
负责所有客户抱怨问题和PPM的汇总、分析，定期召开客户抱怨质量例会。

3. Be responsible for supplier access audit and annual audit, supervise and follow up the rectification of suppliers.
负责供应商准入审核和年度审核工作，督促并跟踪供应商整改情况。

4. Be responsible for handling quality problems of suppliers and handling unqualified products of suppliers, including return, screening, rework / repair, etc.
负责处理供应商质量问题，并对供应商不合格品进行处置，包括退货、筛选、返工/返修等。

5. Identify key process monitoring indicators of the post, continuously track achievement of the indicators, and report the achievement and improvement measures to the quality manager as required.
识别本岗位的过程关键监控指标，持续跟踪指标的达成度，按照要求向质量经理报告达成情况及改善措施。

6. Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.
完成上级交办的其他工作。

任职要求Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in a major related to science and engineering, with a CET-4 or above.
理工类相关专业，本科及以上学历，大学英语四级及以上。

2. More than five years of experience as a quality engineer.
五年以上质量工程师工作经验。

3. Honest and reliable, serious and responsible
为人正直可靠，工作认真负责。

4. Strong planning, execution and team spirit,
有较强的计划性、执行力和团队合作精神

5. Good communication skills and logical analysis ability.
良好的沟通技巧和逻辑分析能力。
