- Manage and prioritize the workflow within the Accounts Payable and T&E team to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the Accounts Payable and T&E team, mentor team members, providing guidance on complex issues and supporting professional development
- Proactively address challenges and seek innovative solutions to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness
- Periodically review and amend finance related policy (e.g. T&E) to keep up with changing business environment
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOX and relevant accounting regulations
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Finance / Accounting with Accounting
certificate holder
2. 5-10 years of relevant accounting experience, at least 4 years in a supervisory or managerial role
3. Prior experience in accounting system (vendor payment, T&E and etc.) implementation is preferred.
4. Prior experience in accounting shared service center is preferred
5. Experience with SAP is a MUST
6. Good knowledge of accounting principles and processes
7. Proficiency in Chinese and English
8. Detail-oriented, sensitive to numbers, strong critical and logical thinking skills with problem-solving skills
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
