Objectives of the Position
• 在技术转移及工艺改进等方面满足客户要求，且在所有过程具有很强的EHS意识；
• 将客户及R&D/PD部门的关键信息有效的传递给到生产相关部门；
Main Tasks
• 严格遵守公司EHS要求和各项规章制度；
• 在新产品引入及产品生产过程中，参与工艺失效模式和影响分析、工艺设计和可行性分析、工艺验证、技术优化、生产定线、PV设定、申请物料号所需BOM的创建及工艺确认；
• 参与原材料、半成品及成品检验方法的确定及判定标准；
• 参与将新技术的相关工艺要求及时并有效传递给到生产等相关部门；
• 参与样品制备及产品生产过程中技术问题的跟进及解决；
• 参与公司PID图年度更新；
• 参与产品技术文件及图纸的编制或审核；
• 完成上级安排的其他任务。

Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position
• 学历： 具有本科或以上学历（化学，化学工程或材料）
• 工作经验：至少5年工作经验
• 具有丰富的催化剂工艺相关的工作经验，现场的问题解决，持续改进批量生产和技术改进；
• 具有良好的沟通能力及与其他相关部门合作的经验；
• 熟悉TS16949/2009质量管理体系和汽车五大核心工具（APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA）
• 技术和专业知识：
• 英语：能熟练阅读英文技术资料，优秀的口头和书面表达者优先
• 电脑技能：办公软件，Minitab类的分析软件
