Professional experience(background, skills, communication) :
• Strong knowledge in hardware circuit schematic, component analysis
• Understanding of electronics product and test system, both in SW and HW
• Strong interpersonal skills, experience with customer communication
• Skills in office software and writing / speaking English
• One programming language experience is preferred
Key areas of responsibility:
1. Handle with the electronic product RMA.
2. Systematic analysis with hardware component level and report.
3. Test bench trouble shooting and upgrade, both in hardware and software.
4. Lead the contact with customer to give the professional support onsite issue and RMA
5. Make the training material and take the training for customer to improve RMA situation
6. Maintain & update SOP to improve the current RMA process for performance and work efficiency.
Details job tasks(Mainly):
1. Take the role as RMA technical contact, give the professional support to customer to fix the onsite quality issue and RMA.
2. Handle with RMA test and repair work, define and optimize the RMA test procedure for different types RMA.
3. Make the systematic analysis in component level, make the analysis report or 8D report for customer request.
4. Support with electronics line failure analysis and test station trouble shooting.
5. RMA data collect and record, analysis the trend, category, lead time and status report.
6. Build the new test box and upgrade the current RMA test bench.
7. Customer onsite training for RMA, make the training material.
8. Maintain & update SOP to improve the current RMA process for performance and work efficiency.
9. Other projects/tasks according production situation and development.
10. Other general related tasks to the dept or assigned by direct manager.
