Job Responsibilities
- handle daily HR & Admin operations, perform as HRBP to spport the Managing Director to manage staff issues of South China
负责华南地区人力资源及行政事务的稳定运营,扮演HRBP角色,协助华南地区业务负责人进行有效的人力资源管理，解决人力资源问题。
- responsible for recruitment, payroll, C&B, staffing etc.
负责人力资源招聘，薪酬福利，员工关系，培训发展等相关模块的实施与推进.
- work closely with HR teams to carry out HR policies and guidance
与Global HR团队密切合作,并确保人力资源政策规范在本地的落地与实施
- handle daily administration duties such as office equipment maintenance, communicate with vendors, office leasing
负责日常办公设施的维护，物业租赁与管理，各类行政采购供应商的管理与维护
- ad hoc projects assigned by direct report
HRVP、区域总经理所委任的其他重要事项
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree or above, preferring in HR / Business Administration
本科以上学历,人力资源或行政管理专业优先
- 8 years+ of HR experience，MNC Background is prefered
8年以上人力资源从业经验，有跨国公司经验者优先
- Direct report to HRVP in HK and dotline report to business head of EV Cargo South China
双线汇报，同时给到人力资源副总裁及华南区总经理
- Professional Level in both oral and written English.
良好的英语能力
