JOB PURPOSE
You’ll help us to drive and be responsible for our organization’s Anypoint Platform and the technical quality, governance (ensuring compliance) and operationalization of the integration solutions. The MuleSoft Developer will be responsible for the success of Anypoint Platform implementations and ensure the technical quality, governance, and operationalisation of the integration solutions working together with the Senior Mulesoft Developer/Architect. This position requires experience with middleware applications, including expert-level knowledge of MuleSoft and underlying CI/CD utilizing the detailed review of integration requirements.

KEY RESULTS AREA


* Create the high-level design of integration solutions and guide on the choice of Mule components and patterns to use in the detailed design and implementation.
* Work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate functional and non-functional requirements into integration interfaces and implementations.
* Apply standard development methods covering the full development lifecycle (project preparation, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support) to ensure solution quality.
* Advise technical teams on performance, scalability, reliability, monitoring, and other operational concerns of integration solutions on the Anypoint Platform.
* Strong experience in designing reusable assets, components, standards, frameworks, and processes to support and facilitate API and integration projects (RAML, REST, SOAP).
* Develop new integrations and amend/enhance existing integrations according to the customer’s requirements.
* Knowledge of Security, Logging, Auditing, Policy Management and Performance Monitoring and KPI for end-to-end process execution.
* Experience in CICD tools.
* Ensure that a quality solution is delivered in a timely manner, within budget, and according to the customer’s satisfaction.
* Support stakeholders on troubleshooting with existing integrations.

PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS


* Graduate or Post Graduate Degree.
* 3+ year of hands-on experience in integration development, testing, and deployment experience.
* Knowledge of API management and micro-services.
* Practical experience in MuleSoft API Development, MuleSoft Flow development, and MuleSoft cloud hub.
* MuleSoft MCD or MCIA certification.
* Knowledge of SQL and working with intermediate databases for integrations.
* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for producing Design documentation, reports and presentations.
* Good cross-cultural, interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse nationalities and cultures.
* Excellent analytical skills – with the passion and drive to demonstrate and quantify success.
* Results orientated with the ability to consistently map efforts against identified KPIs.
* Excellent time management skills and flexibility in dealing with multi-functional tasks.
* You’d like to work in a purpose-led sector.
* Fluent English.
