主要职责:
- 管理和安排总经理的日程,包括安排会议、约会和差旅。
- 准备、审查和编辑报告、演示文稿和信函等。
- 促进总经理与内部/外部利益相关者之间的沟通。
- 组织和维护文件归档系统。
- 协助筹备和组织公司活动和会议。
- 开展调查研究,为行政决策准备材料。
- Manage and organize the General Manager’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, review, and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Facilitate communication between the General Manager and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain document filing systems.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of company events and meetings.
- Conduct research and prepare materials for executive decision-making.
--要求:
- 本科以上学历,工商管理、通信或相关专业的。
- 精通英语,包括书面和口语。具备德语或韩语能力者更佳。
- 熟练掌握微软办公套件(Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook)。
- 具有很强的组织能力和时间管理能力,能够有效安排任务的优先次序。
- 具备谨慎处理机密信息的能力。
- 至少 3 年的行政支持工作经验,有跨国公司工作经验者优先。
**Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken. German or Korean language skills would be a significant plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an executive support role, preferably in a multinational company.
