The summary of the role:

Standardize and establish the robot control standards and functional package standards of the workshop, maintain and optimize the robot system of the entire workshop, so as to ensure the stable and reliable operation of the robot equipment in the workshop, improve the robot utilization rate of the workshop and reduce the labor cost of the workshop. 

Main Responsibilities:

Ø Compile and implement various process documents, and be responsible for the issuance and change of maintenance process documents in the workshop to ensure the validity, completeness, correctness and unity of process documents; Inspect and supervise the implementation of process discipline and implement corresponding corrective measures.

Ø Organize and implement the optimization and improvement of the workshop robot system, reduce operating costs and improve the stability and reliability of the system.

Ø Study the balance between man and robot in the workshop, improve the utilization rate of the robot, reduce the cost and workload of the workshop man, and improve the man-machine problem.

Ø Provide technical support for the robot equipment in the workshop, responsible for the development of robot equipment maintenance plan and the formulation and maintenance of spare parts list.

Ø Responsible for the optimization and improvement of the workshop robot function package (welding, gluing, SPR, laser welding) and improving the quality of the workshop together with ME.

Ø Responsible for the R&M in the workshop, together with the product design and development department, participate in the robot selection, design, installation and commissioning of new models.

Ø Responsible for the planning and implementation of the digitalization of workshop robots to improve the management efficiency of the workshop.

Ø Lead the automation improvement of the workshop, design the solution together with the production and supplier and implement it at the optimal cost.

Ø Train maintenance engineers and technicians to improve the overall skills of maintenance personnel.

Ø Achievement of KPI targets for workshop equipment, cause analysis, improvement and tracking.

Ø Support M3MU of the workshop.

Requirements:

Ø Can diagnose and deal with electrical problems, and can guide maintenance operator to deal with electrical issues.

Ø With ABB robot programming, diagnosis, fault handling capabilities.

Ø Proficient in the operation of ABB robots, and can complete the robot installation and commissioning of new projects by themselves.

Ø Familiar with robot peripherals, and able to independently deal with robot-related software and hardware problems.

Ø Have strong communication and coordination, problem solving ability, strong innovation ability and pressure resistance.

Ø Excellent English reading and writing skills.
