职责描述:
1. Work with sales and other related functional team to define business planning and portfolio strategy to drive business sustainable profitable growth.
2. Perform month-end activities including selling expenses, management cost, accrual and marketing expenses, ensure closing implement on time with good quality;
3. Facilitate budget preparation and data collection;
4. Prepare business monthly by channel PL and online/offline channel customer ROI analysis;
5. Prepare the financial performance report for all channel. Trace the root cause for performance variation parts by review the monthly variance analysis report Act vs Bud vs PY;
6. Support pricing study for New Product/Existing Product and related financial model simulation, ensure the margin designed are well aligned with company strategy;
7. Prepare rolling forecast and collect the information of risks and opportunities, ensuring all risk and opportunities are flagged and communicated;
8. Other Ad-hoc tasks as required.
任职要求:
1. University Degree or above in finance, management accounting or business analysis , CPA/ CMA/ ACCA /CIMA preferred
2. At least 2~4 years financial planning and analysis work experience (MNC / FMCG industry with e-commerce background is preferable)
3. Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, PPT, Power BI etc.
4. Knowledge of UFIDA system or other similar ERP system (eg SAP, Oracle)
5. Good communication skill and multiple task management;
6. Strong collaboration and work with team;
7. Able to work under high pressure and good self-motivation;
8. Strong logical thinking and business sense;
9. Good command of both spoken and written English;
