Responsibilities and duties
• Implement Quality OS
• Know methods of vehicle audit process, including risk-based thinking
• Know the applicable customer-specific requirements
• Know the audit scope related and the requirements applicable in IATF16949
• Know the applicable core tool requirements related to the scope of the audit
• Know how to plan audits, conduct audits, report audits, and close audit findings.
• Monitor DBS implementation, maintain and upgrade quality system
• Plan and lead the internal assessment activities (including process audit and product audit)
• Provide training to all staff about quality system
• Follow up corrective actions for audit findings and implement the verification
• Coordinate ISO14000 compliance in Quality Department.
• Supervise quality metrics reporting
• Supervise Document Center’s operation
• Complete task assigned by Quality Manager

Basic qualifications
1. Education Background
Major in Engineering & Science

2. Skills and knowledge
a. IATF16949/ISO14001 knowledge
b. Process and Product audit knowledge
c. Good Communicate skill
d. Well versed in PC operation

3. Working Experience
a. 4 years related experience
b. Electronic or relative industry experience
